AMI PRIMARY GUIDE

We are looking to hire an Association Montessori International qualified lead Guide to teach a Chinese immersion primary class.

Salary: $74,400-$66,600 USD/ per year depending on qualifications and experience

Required Qualifications:

  • AMI Primary diploma /certification or proof of enrollment in AMI primary program (required)

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (preferred).

  • Proficient in Chinese (preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Montessori Primary Guide, demonstrating a deep understanding of Montessori philosophy and methodology.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.

  • Strong organizational abilities to manage classroom activities, assessments, and administrative tasks.

  • Passion for nurturing children's curiosity and fostering a love for learning.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of a dynamic educational environment.

Pay Scale: $74,400-$66,600 USD/Per Year
